The statuses describes the people who are able to see your presentations.

DRAFT means that only you can see your presentation.
PRIVATE means only selected members can see your presentation.
OPEN means all of the members of your team can see your presentation.

OPEN presentation can also mean that your presentation is accessible by others through a secret URL.
